For me an absolute secret tip in Thuringia! Very talented chef, lovingly arranged dishes with perfect service. In Ilmenau and the surrounding area I have never fed so well. Noble ambience, fresh trout from the region and the best carpaccio (beef) ever. Thank you for the nice evening - a completely satisfied guest. You definitely have one more regular.
